Artichoke Feta Cheese Dip



2 large artichoke hearts boiled
3 tbs greek yoghurt
2 tsp feta cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs fresh parsley
2 tbs Colive oil (more if you fancy!)
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of crushed red pepper 


1. Chop the artichoke hearts and put the pieces in a bowl
2. Mix in the greek yoghurt, feta cheese, lemon juice and pinch of black pepper and salt
3. Use a hand blender to make it a smooth paste
4. Transfer it to your serving bowl  ( Your limited edition Colive bowl would be perfect for serving!)
5. Add the pinch of crushed red pepper, parsley leaves, drizzle with Colive oil
